Dr. Megan Wrigg received her Bachelors of Science in biology from  Carroll College in 2008, and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2011. Megan's specialties  include manual therapy, sports injury and rehabilitation, orthopaedic injury and rehabilitation, and dance medicine.

STRONG BODY & VINYASA

Megan's Strong Body class is a dynamic flow to help cultivate body awareness, strength, balance and flexibility. It’s filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will engage the muscles in your arms, legs, and core. This class is best for those with some yoga experience, and a baseline fitness level.

Megan's Barkan inspired Vinyasa class consists of a series of 5 Vinyasa flows that incorporate strength, balance, and floor work.

Dance Medicine
DANCE MEDICINE

EMPOWERED THROUGH MOVEMENT

Megan had a professional ballet career with a background in classical and contemporary styles. This background and experience feeds her drive to empower others through movement and offers a unique view point in movement dysfunction. Dr. Megan focuses on education and empowering her patient's to recognize small deviations in their movements patterns before they come big debilitating pains.
